Description

Sequoia is a collaboration with our good friends at All My Friends Brewing Co. A riff on a West Coast Pils with an Aurum twist, this beer uses a triple decoction to add body to stand up to the Amarillo and Simcoe. Bittered with American Noble Citra, this beer tries to marry the world of lagers and IPAs by combining the best of both universes.

 
Sips of Knowledge

This beer utilizes American Noble hops which are the leafy part of American hops after most of the lupulin is removed to make classic American hops. This adds a herbaciousness and grassiness characteristic of traditional European Noble hops.
