This is our take on a classic German Pilsner, brewed with 100% German ingredients. Expect notes of doughy grain, a hint of honey, and a clean fermentation profile. Some thyme and lemon balm on the nose from the hops. Sharp, noble bitterness drives the finish—dry, crisp, and perfectly refreshing.

Klar means “clear” in German—a nod to both the beer’s brilliantly bright finish and the crisp, no-nonsense character of a true German Pils. It’s also used in everyday conversation to express agreement or understanding—klar? klar!—making it a name that feels as straightforward and satisfying as the beer itself.
