Humsera (30L Keg)

Modelled after the Rauchbiers of Bamberg, this collaborative effort with 100 Acre Brewing is made with Beechwood-smoked malt which gives the beer its characteristic smokiness. A slight honeyed maltiness combines with gentle smoke and a clean bitterness for a balanced palate. Slight sulfur adds complexity to the smokiness and the beer finishes with a satisfying roundness.
