Nü-01 is the first of our experimental series that aims to highlight modern European hops. This very aromatic beer pours a hazy straw-gold. Aromas of lemon candy, dried orange peel and cantaloupe jump out. On the palate a general fruitiness gives way to a zesty bitterness.
