Mingaherz

Our Helles is made with two heritage barley varieties and is double decocted. This fine beer is deep gold and malt-forward, with aromas of fresh-baked bread and warm grain. Rich bread crust on the palate is balanced by gentle bitterness, finishing smooth with a touch of grainy sweetness and minerality.

The name of Munich in the Bavarian dialect is 'Minga' . Since Helles is such a key part of the cultural identity of Munich we named the beer Mingaherz, which translates to 'Heart of Munich'.
