Description
Samet 11° is a Czech Dark Lager (Tmavý Ležák) which has a gorgeous deep mahagony colour with deep copper highlights. The aroma is reminiscent of cocoa and ripe red plums with a hint of a black licorice note. On the palate, the beer is medium-bodied and has a low intensity roastiness that backs up notes of black tea, chocolate. The beer finishes with a definitive bitterness from the Czech Saaz hops.
