Nira

Nira is our first collaboration brew made with our friends at Old Flame Brewing. Also our first adjunct-heavy lager, Nira is made with Indian Basmati Rice. The beer pours with a pale straw colour with a slight haze. Lime zest and a slight cereal note on the nose is followed by a clean malt profile with a slight tinge of rice character at the end of the palate. The beer finishes with a crisp bitterness.
