Lys (58.5L Keg)

Lys is a French-inspired Pils and uses Franco-Belgian Malt along with Strisselspalt and Mistral which are French hops. The beer is a pale gold colour with notes of peach blossom, white flowers and thyme on the nose. A clean malt base offers up classic Pils character elevated by a note of underripe honeydew melon that is present throughout the palate that finishes with a moderate bitterness.
